The K24Z3 Basic Conversion Kit provides customers with the bare minimum components to mount a K24Z3 engine in a 1990-2005 Miata engine bay. Most components in our larger packages are not included, as this kit is designed for DIY customers, or those looking to add a turbocharger, BMW transmission, or other custom modifications. 

For customers looking for the same straightforward installation that we’ve done on our test car, we recommend the K24Z3 Ultimate Swap Package. 

This kit includes:

-Machined engine mounts

-Engine mount pads

-Baffled aluminum V2 oil pan with pickup tube

-V2 K20 oil pump adapter

-KMiata RWD intake manifold

-K24Z3 upper coolant neck

Notes:

• All products are designed for off-road motorsports use only. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws in their county, state, and country.

• K20 Oil Pump Required: This package requires a K20 Type S oil pump. We recommend our K20 Oil Pump Package for best results.

• Clutch Compatibility: For reliable operation of the hydraulic bearing, we strongly recommend the Exedy Stage 1 clutch, which maintains tight pressure plate tolerances.

• K24Z7 Compatibility: The K24Z7 is mechanically identical to the K24Z3 and is fully compatible with this swap package.

• Hondata KPro Users: KPro setups require our cast timing cover, along with the K24A-style crank sensor, trigger wheel, and exhaust cam trigger wheel.
