Our wiring conversion harness makes it easy to integrate a K series into your 1990-2005 NA/NB Miata or custom application K swapped car.
The conversion harness is designed to be used with a 2002-2004 Acura RSX Type S engine harness connectors. Although you can technically modify the RSX Type S engine harness to fit a RWD swap, these harnesses are quite old and brittle these days, so we do recommend our KPower RWD Engine Wiring Harness.
When you combine this conversion harness with our above mentioned KPower RWD Engine Wiring Harness and either a Hondata Kpro4 or the Link G4X PlugIn ECU, you have a complete wiring solution for your NA/NB Miata or any custom RWD K swap looking to utilize a drive by cable throttle body.
For installation, nine wires need to be spliced into the factory Miata dash harness, and the rest is almost all plug and play.
Once the wiring is completed, the factory Miata gauge cluster is 100% functional. Complete wiring instructions can be found in our installation guides here.
For K24Z engine users, a Link G4X ECU can be used, just use the K24Z trigger pattern and our optional PnP harness adapter. This harness will allow you to use the K24Z crank sensor and plug into a connector near the timing chain cover where the K24A sensor is normally located.
