Our fuel kit is the easy button for most naturally aspirated K24 86 swaps. It’s all built around our beautiful KPower Industries fuel rail in black, with our laser-etched logo, since the inlet on a factory K series rail is too long and protrudes into the firewall. 

We designed a custom 5/16” quick disconnect for the fuel rail to mimic the OEM design but provide enough firewall clearance. 

Also included is an E85 compatible fuel hose, a 5/16” quick disconnect plug to delete the rear T fitting for the second set of FA20 injectors, and a fuel pump relay kit for bypassing the 86 fuel pump ECU. 

Two -6 AN inlets are also included standard with our fuel rail for customers who may eventually be in need of a more complex return-style fuel system.

For 86 Haltech Electronic users, select the option to include the relay if you do not already have it. Link ECU users do not need this relay.
