Building a K powered car and need a manifold that has a throttle body pointing towards the transmission and angles the plenum downward for maximum hood clearance? This Skunk2 Pro Series manifold offers flexibility to get your swap done!

You have a few options for accessorizing this manifold:

If you don't have room for a bulky idle motor to hang on the bottom of a K series throttle body or if you track/race your car, the engine vibrations may cause long term damage to the idle motor sooner than you think. In these cases we recommend our KPower idle motor relocation kit and to mount this plate to the chassis of your car. Be sure to use double ply rubber hose to ensure the line doesn't collapse.

We do recommend customers build braces to support this intake manifold from engine vibration. Be advised that for some applications where the throttle cable holder is positioned on the plenum, a custom bracket is needed. For a simpler install in general, we recommend our KPower intake manifold that has a throttle cable holder, idle motor mounting provision, and works with EP3 idler pulleys while also not requiring the water pump housing to be heavily modified.

This intake manifold flange is for the early PRB/K20A2 cylinder heads, it can be used on larger year cars with the addition of the Tractuff RBC/RBB Coolant Bypass.

Inspired by the popular '06–'10 Civic Si RBC manifold, Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifold is designed for the '02–'05 Civic Si, '02–'06 RSX/Type S, and K-series swaps (K20A/A2/Z1/K24A1). It features a larger plenum, shorter and oversized runners, and thicker casting for porting, delivering gains in both mid-range and top-end power without sacrificing street drivability.

Unlike manifolds with overly short runners and massive plenums that hurt mid-range torque, the Pro Series balances airflow with performance thanks to its tapered runners and plenum. It’s a direct bolt-on using a patent-pending water neck and thermal gasket, eliminating the need for cutting or drilling, and fits most K-swapped Civics and Integras.

Machined and hand-finished for optimal airflow and port match, it improves wave scavenging for broad power gains. With over a decade of intake manifold development experience, Skunk2’s Pro Series manifolds are vacuum-tested, CNC-machined from 356 aluminum, and built for high-performance K-series applications.
