By popular request, we've designed a throttle body adapter that makes it easy for customers running our KPower Intake Manifold to install a drive-by-wire (DBW) throttle body with the correct bore size. This adapter works with the popular and affordable 74mm Bosch throttle body, part #0280750474.

Our new design offers some additional wall thickness along two sides to create a better seal. To do this, two bolt holes have been undercut so the socket heads now sit below the throttle body mating surface. 

This updated carbon 3D-printed design isolates engine vibration that can cause throttle bodies to fail and bolts to come loose and break. This kit includes all mounting hardware, NordLock washers, O-rings, and blue Loctite for a simple and clean installation.  Customers with DBW setups should also consider adding our IACV block off plate.
