We have found that the longer the intake tube, the more power you will make, so the end result is what you see here. Our intakes are mandrel-bent in the USA out of a single piece of 3" aluminum tubing.

A grommet for an OEM K24 intake air temperature is pre-installed.

A texture black powder coat completes the look of the package. A high quality K&N air filter, coupler, clamps, and hardware are also included. 

Installation Instructions for Stainless Steel Support Bracket

• Mount the Bracket:
  • Secure the stainless steel bracket to the VTEC solenoid using the provided hardware (spacers go between bracket and VTEC solenoid heat shield). This will provide necessary support for the intake system.
• Prepare the Hose Section:
  • Use a utility knife to cut a 10mm-wide section from the 3 inch side of the 90-degree coupler included in the kit.
  • This section will serve as a protective cushion between the intake tube and the bracket.
• Position the Hose Section:
  • Place the 10mm-wide hose section around the intake tube at the point where it aligns with the stainless steel bracket.
• Secure with Hose Clamp:
  • Use the supplied hose clamp to firmly secure the intake tube to the stainless steel bracket.
  • This setup helps absorb vibrations and ensures a clean, isolated connection

Notes:

• A slim fan is required on AC equipped vehicles
• Not compatible with our BMW E30 Swap Package
• 3.00 inch coupler is commonly used on Drive-By-Cable throttle bodies
• 3.25 inch coupler is commonly used on Bosch 74mm Drive-By-Wire throttle bodies
