Anytime you plan to supercharge or turbo a K series engine, you are going to need to jump to a larger fuel injector. These injectors can handle your medium power goals with E85 and allow for excellent tip in transient response for OEM-like drivability without special trickery with tuning.

These injectors are designed for K series applications. 14mm (grey) adapter top.
