This is a plug-and-play CAN expander for the Haltech ECU product line. This allows connecting more CAN BUS protocol devices for additional inputs to your Haltech ECU such as the Haltech Can Gauge, Haltech IC-7 color dash display, and Haltech Wideband controller.
